The knowledge snack for the introduction of Generative Artificial Intelligence in SMEs

Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) offers small and medium-sized companies enormous potential - but the change goes beyond technical innovation. In this compact keynote speech, the technological, organizational and social challenges of introducing GenAI will be highlighted.

The focus is on practical recommendations for a human-centered implementation that increases efficiency, improves work processes and relieves employees. It will be shown how GenAI can be used responsibly - taking into account ethical, cultural and data protection aspects.
