Our goals

Motivating SMEs to innovate

We strengthen the willingness to innovate in the regions, especially among micro-enterprises and in the event of changes within the company, and motivate larger companies to collaborate.

Innovations qualify to grow

We are working on expanding personal skills within the company, for example through mentoring, professionalizing innovation management and building up specialist skills for scaling.
