To be able to view the list of participants for an event, two conditions must be met:
* In the case of ticket requests/places on the waiting list, a person is only considered registered once they have been accepted by futureSAX.
(futureSAX has the option of hiding the list of participants and/or the contact function for selected events)
If you would like to contact a participant, simply click on the petrol-colored letter symbol.
A window will then open in which you can enter the subject and content of the message.
Please note that the recipient will automatically only see your name, company and position in the message, but not the event from whose list he/she was contacted.
Please provide sufficient context for your message. Experience has shown that this also increases the chances of a reply
.
With futureSAX Connect, the e-mail address of the person contacted is not disclosed when initial contact is made via the participation list.
Only the person writing to you reveals their email address, as they appear indirectly as the sender of the message.
The recipient can reply to the message directly via their own email program and then, as with any other email, reveals their email address as the sender.
futureSAX registers only the following data of the initial contact via futureSAX Connect for quality assurance and prevention of misuse:
- Who to whom
- at what time
- in the context of which event list
futureSAX therefore explicitly records neither the content of the message nor whether it was replied to*.
* In order to understand the user experience and to sustainably improve and support matchings, a futureSAX employee may ask you personally about your experience with futureSAX Connect.
You can specify whether you wish to appear in the list of participants and, if so, whether you wish to be contacted about this as part of each event registration process.</p
<p>If you would like to change this information retrospectively or retroactively for events that have already taken place, please contact us directly: it@futuredsax.de
Our experience shows that the Saxon innovation ecosystem generally communicates in a benevolent and appreciative manner.
