futureSAX - the innovation platform of the Free State of Saxony - has been operating successfully in Saxony's start-up, transfer and innovation ecosystem for over 20 years. As a central contact point, futureSAX bundles the innovation activities in the Free State across industries and technologies in order to make knowledge- and technology-based start-ups, the transfer between science and industry, the transfer of capital and innovative entrepreneurship visible and tangible for the next generation and to intensify them. Through a variety of measures, futureSAX provides growth impulses for sustainable innovations, specifically increases the effectiveness of innovation processes, networks across target groups throughout Saxony and thus strengthens the culture of innovation in the Free State.

The following position is available immediately :

Working student position for students of business administration, economics, economics - Diploma / Bachelor / Master (m/f/d)

We are looking for a committed working student (m/f/d) who would like to get to know our dynamic team and the diversity of our company. The future job will primarily involve support services for the project management of our target groups (start-ups, NextGen, companies, research & transfer and capital). This includes in particular networking, research activities and the preparation of data and information. In addition, there are day-to-day administrative tasks in the areas of public relations, competitions and event management.

YOUR TASKS

• Evaluation and preparation of target group-related studies for knowledge transfer

• Conception and creation of invitations, newsletters & social media posts for communication & interaction with the respective target groups

• Support in the selection process for pitch events and incl. communication with the companies

• Creation of presentations taking into account target group-relevant figures, data & facts for events and workshops

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in economics (or similar), in particular with a focus on (project) management, data economics or corporate finance & accounting

• Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite and enjoy using new tools and methods

• Positive attitude and team spirit are part of the basic attitude

• Motivation to work independently and implement your own ideas with the requirement to be accurate and reliable

• Commitment and enthusiasm for new technologies

• Analytical skills and creative ideas
