Morpheus Space wins the Saxon Start-up Award 2020!
At the futureSAX Innovation Summit on July 8, 2020, Morpheus Space GmbH was awarded the Saxon Start-up Award 2020. The Dresden-based start-up from the aerospace industry convinced the jury with its extensive further development of the idea of ion beam propulsion for nanosatellites.
15 nominees for the Start-up Award
Due to the particularly high number of submissions to the Saxon Start-up Award 2020, 15 start-up concepts were nominated in the first round of evaluation.
The winner was announced on July 8 at the futureSAX Innovation Summit.

1st Place: Morpheus Space GmbH from Dresden
Morpheus Space produces the world's smallest, most efficient and most scalable ion beam propulsion systems to enable the autonomous operation of satellites in the future.
