The Saxon State Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labor, Energy, and Climate Protection has announced the 26th Saxon State Prize for Entrepreneurs .

The award recognizes innovative business ideas and concepts that have the potential to help shape the future of Saxony as a business location. The competition is open to all industries and technologies and offers founders the opportunity to showcase and further develop their ideas.

The Saxon Startup Award was presented in three categories. In addition, the special prize for NextGen was awarded once again.

The team is developing an AI-driven solution that operates biogas plants flexibly and safely—and generates electricity exactly when it is most valuable.

The team is developing recyclable printed circuit boards that break down in a controlled manner, allowing components and metals to be recovered undamaged.

The team aims to give people who have lost their voices a personal, natural-sounding way to communicate again through an AI-based synthetic voice.

The startup uses a flow-following motion, similar to that of a fish fin, to mix and aerate water and wastewater in a particularly energy-efficient and gentle manner

The company is developing an acoustic sensor platform that measures biomarkers directly at the point of care within minutes, enabling faster decision-making in cardiology and neurology.

The company develops circular plastics solutions that enable brand manufacturers to establish their own “owned streams” and reliably use high-quality recycled materials.

Connecting people, telling stories and triggering emotions - these were the goals that motivated Tabea-Elice Hantsche to train as an event manager and then pursue a more in-depth dual course of study in business administration service management/event and sports management at the State Academy of Studies in Riesa.
The native of Lusatia was able to gain professional experience not only in the organization of various events, but also in marketing and public relations as well as in personnel management. In addition, the insight into different corporate structures sharpened the sense for diverse perspective.
