Diversity of content is what drives her. Whether in the interdisciplinary diploma program in mechatronics at the Technical University of Dresden, as a research associate at the Chair of Construction Machinery and Materials Handling Technology, or as a scientific assistant to a Fraunhofer Institute management, Tina Grüning has always been motivated by the inspiring exchange with research teams from a wide range of disciplines. After all, her greatest interest is in knowledge and technology transfer: helping to ensure that the outstanding results of creative research teams are put to beneficial use for industry and society as quickly as possible.
